I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified by the ANCC, and a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the AANP. I received my training in psychiatry and mental health from Johns Hopkins University, and my family medicine training at Duke University.
I specialize in medication management and supportive therapy for patients aged 4-60 in Washington state.
I treat depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and autism spectrum disorders. I do not treat schizophrenia, eating disorders, or substance use disorders.
For children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults. I also offer counseling and advice on lifestyle changes - nutrition, light therapy, exercise, supplements, and sleep that can help you feel your best.
